Method: Patrols line up in relay formation facing the course. Two Scouts in each patrol roll the log up the course, between the sets of stakes, around the turning point, and back through the set of stakes to the starting point. The next pair of Scouts takes over and repeats the process, and so on until eight Scouts have taken part. Scoring: The first patrol to roll the log four times through the course is the winner.
