The leader places a small article (ring, thimble, or other small item) in a place where it is perfectly visible, but in a spot where it is not likely to be noticed. He then calls all Scouts in and tells them that a (name the article) has been placed somewhere in the room. When a Scout sees it he should sit down without giving away to others where it is. The leader notes the time when the first Scout sees the article and when the last Scout sees it. No contest-just for fun.
