Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation, Inc The Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation was incorporated in North Carolina in 1997 as an independent, private nonprofit supporting foundation of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Because the Foundation operates under a cooperative agreement with the National Park Service, it is authorized to request and receive funds on behalf of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
